Being
a large city, Boston has thousands of hotels to choose from, including
landmarks like the Copley Park Plaza, the ultra-chic NineZero, as well
as Bed and Breakfasts, and of course, the chain hotels.
Trying
to decide what locations will be optimal for the wedding
and then also good for sightseeing is, well, challenging.
We
realize that many people have different tastes and expectations in a
hotel.
We have tried to provide a cross-section of styles for you here.
This is by no means comprehensive.
If nothing here strikes your fancy, we recommend you try the online
services, like:
Orbitz
Travelocity
Hotels.com
Hotwire
As an overview, our recommendations for locations are below.
If you get stuck, please drop us a line and we'll lend a hand to ensure
you are with us on the day!
Don't forget to mention the Brandt/Reichert wedding.

This has a nice view of Boston, and is a good quality business-style

Hotel
140

$129
- opening special, and includes breakfast.
Brand new, just opening in
June 2005 (now!),
Hotel 140 is in a great location near chi-chi Newbury Street.
If you want style without the price of say, Nine
Zero (granted without some of the excess as well.)
the Hotel 140 is a unique boutique experience.
From what I understand, the
rooms are more for Geisha-sized people,
as opposed to the Sumo wrestler within us all,
so you are paying for a top notch Boston location, not a sprawling
space. |
